A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing, Cho has worked for various industries prior to joining PhilWebServices. Such varied experience includes advertising and promotions, events organization, content and technical writing. She initially occupied the Marketing Manager post before her appointment and has worked in integrating marketing solutions into the current business structure. These experiences gave her a better understanding on business dynamics, as well gain analytical and evaluative skills critical in analyzing data and drawing conclusions.

Today, Cho is primarily responsible for organizing and coordinating general office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. She focuses on execution, marketing and management, sales, as well as having a bird’s eye view on the scheme of things. Her work requires her to interact and collaborate with key personnel in the company and provide administrative support to a particular division or department from time to time.

Brenda can easily be considered as a wonderful addition to the rapidly growing team of PhilWebServices, handling the responsibility of overseeing all financial accounting and auditing processes within the company. She is a known specialist in personal and corporate tax and manages our bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts and payroll systems. Brenda collates all pertinent accounting information to provide valuable insight for strategic managerial decisions, which are integrated with all other business processes of PhilWebServices. Bringing strong organizational skills and a flair for juggling figures, she takes on the challenge of managing the company’s financial accounts like a seasoned pro that she is. When not busy balancing numbers, Brenda frequents the popular bars in town, enjoying good food and great music. And oh, she is also a self-confessed beach bum, like everyone else on the team.

Honey Lou joined PhilWebServices and serves as the company’s Human Resource Generalist. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, she brings over 5 years experience in the HR industry. Honey Lou carries the overall responsibility in the implementation of company policies, recruitment as well as employee development and retention programs.

Having previously worked as an HR Specialist in outsourcing companies, she gained better understanding on the demands and requirements in a highly fast-paced IT environment. Amid the pressures of constantly beating deadlines and maintaining performance standards, Miss Honey sees to it that we all take time to unwind and enjoy recreational activities she organizes monthly for the whole team. With a ready smile and a calm demeanor, it’s no wonder most of our staff look forward to those one-on-one discussion and counseling sessions with her.

Kenneth possesses solid experience in various key areas in web development, having worked with PhilWebServices since its inception. Over the course of his career, Ken has established a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget, while managing client relationships, developing and maintaining the highest caliber staff.

With a positive and “can do” attitude, Ken effortlessly exudes congeniality that seems to have a calming effect in the frenzied atmosphere in the production area. His cross-functional responsibilities include overseeing client-relations, global sales and professional services. As a results oriented leader, Kenneth possesses unimpeachable expertise in designing and implementing strategic plans and business systems.

One can easily identify Mylene’s trademark laugh from across the room. Despite the mounting tasks and responsibilities she has to juggle every single day, she still manages be on top of things and in total control. Mylene offers the company her unique blend of knowledge, experience and creative energy.

Always the one with a willing hand to help, she takes on every challenge with a ready smile. Through her years in the company, she has shown initiative and willingness to take on added responsibility with quiet ease and confidence. In her free time, Mylene actively participates in numerous community development programs and has worked as a Community Organizer for World Vision International Foundation.

Rodrigo joined PhilWebServices straight from studying Business Administration, with a Major in Information Systems. He brings a fresh approach to the general day-to-day customer facing operations. With a natural interest in people and a knack for relating comfortably to any personality within all environments, Rod loves interacting with our hosting clients in helping identify problems as well as potential solutions. With a results-driven approach and great technical knowledge, Rod works directly with clients through phone/chat/email support in helping them resolve technical and non-technical issues. He is also responsible for identifying new enabling technologies and applications to further enhance our web hosting services operations. In his spare time, Rodrigo plays a mean game of soccer and displays exceptional mastery in computer games.

After graduating with a Computer Science degree, Rene has always been at the cutting edge of technology. Before his appointment, Rene initially served as a Senior Programmer for the company for several years. Early on, he was easily recognized for his obvious passion for technology and his work, as clearly evidenced in his spotless attendance record and numerous commendations.

As a Dedicated Operations Supervisor, Rene maintains liaison with clients to improve services as well as resolve production and operation conflicts. He ensures that production schedules as well as quality standards set by clients are met. Needless to say, Rene’s skills and great work ethic has accelerated him to success.

Lope first started out as a programmer handling one of the company’s biggest Dedicated IT accounts. Through his years of service, his sheer brilliance has never gone unnoticed and was easily recognized as a valuable asset to the company.

A classic tale of rising through the ranks, Lope was first promoted to take on the Project Manager post, for which he immediately set a record breaking performance during his first month. Since then, Lope has consistently shown exemplary performance and commendable expertise in his years of service in the company and a natural knack of managing large projects and managing people.

Today, he takes on a more challenging role, which requires him to work behind the scenes in ensuring all small and large projects meet the required specifications and requirements set by the client. And naturally, we can only expect better and greater things from this guy.

Jun Jun started out as a programmer in the company and was regularly assigned to work on large, complex projects. He was then delegated to train new hires and supervise new accounts. So when it was time to handpick qualified personnel for the Project Manager position, he was naturally the first choice.

Despite his achievements, JunJun has remained humble and grounded. He has always been available to help out programmers who need an extra hand. With his innate gift of teaching and mentoring people, he has helped programmers hone their skills and become proficient professionals that readily rise up the company’s standards.

Project Management is admittedly a different ball game for him. But equipped with exceptional expertise and experience, Jun Jun easily takes up the challenge.
