Rodrigo joined PhilWebServices straight from studying Business Administration, with a Major in Information Systems. He brings a fresh approach to the general day-to-day customer facing operations. With a natural interest in people and a knack for relating comfortably to any personality within all environments, Rod loves interacting with our hosting clients in helping identify problems as well as potential solutions. With a results-driven approach and great technical knowledge, Rod works directly with clients through phone/chat/email support in helping them resolve technical and non-technical issues. He is also responsible for identifying new enabling technologies and applications to further enhance our web hosting services operations. In his spare time, Rodrigo plays a mean game of soccer and displays exceptional mastery in computer games.

Rene has been with PhilWebServices since 2007. He is one of the senior and highly proficient programmer and was easily recognized to have strong leadership skills. Rene heads the Dedicated IT Operations, which offers outsourced IT services and caters to international clients.

A role model in handling key functions in client management, his opinions are sought and respected, especially in terms of improving the quality of work in Dedicated IT Services. Needless to say, aside from being one of the best programmer in team, Rene is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of work attitude and commitment to delivering consistent performance.

With several years of experience in web design, one thing sets Kihmes apart from the rest – his enthusiasm to take on challenges head on. Not one to balk at difficulties, he seems to thrive in complex projects, exploring and learning new technologies, and continually enhancing his creativity.

Kihmes strongly advocates constant learning, as evidenced in the way he works with the rest of our team of professional designers. Nievo joined PhilWebServices in 2009. Early on, his strong work ethics, positive attitude and determination is clearly evident. In fact, he can take on REAL RESULTS as his last name as he consistently delivers just that. We have more than the average number of happy clients who would readily attest to this. Managing a team of SEO Specialists, Nievo advocates strict adherence to ethical SEO and online marketing processes.

Aside from managing the SEO Department, Nievo is also responsible in strategy, execution as well as measurement of global marketing for PhilWebServices. He manages lead generation and marketing programs, search engine marketing and optimization and analytics. He is also solely responsible for the in-house promotional campaigns and SEO for PhilWebServices, driving in a growing number of prospects and leading his team to unchartered territories, Nievo's achievements continues to grow exponetially.

As Chief Technical Officer at PhilWebServices, Fernando is primarily responsible for the management of the technical side. This includes server security and optimization, technical problem resolution, and in the management of PhilWebServices technical support staff.

Before joining PhilWebServices, Fernando was honed his skills as a Server Administrator, having worked in a number of IT companies. When not working, Fernando enjoys updating himself with the latest innovations in computers, technology, and online gaming. He is one person who is on call and even works during holidays just to make sure he is on top o everything when it comes to managing servers and responding to client issues and concerns.
